Terms & Conditions — 6kbd Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 6kbd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://6kbd.bid and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.

6kbd is an online entertainment platform providing access to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, slot machine games, and related gaming services. The platform is designed to serve adult players located in Bangladesh and the broader South Asian region, with full support for both Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR) as account currencies.

By completing the account registration process on 6kbd, by depositing funds, by placing any wager, or by accessing any game or betting market on the platform, you irrevocably acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein, including all policies incorporated by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited to your 6kbd account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those supplementary policies, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

To register and maintain an account on 6kbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of an organisation;
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 6kbd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners;
• You must not have a self-exclusion agreement in force with 6kbd or any other platform operated by 6kbd's parent or affiliated entities.

Age Verification Process: 6kbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until satisfactory age verification documentation is received and approved, 6kbd may suspend withdrawal privileges, restrict gameplay access, or place a temporary hold on account funds. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds within that account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable platform policy.

Responsibility of the Account Holder: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 6kbd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 6kbd does not represent or warrant that use of this platform is lawful in all locations from which it may be accessed. Access to 6kbd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited does not confer any right of use, and 6kbd accepts no liability for any consequence arising from use of the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 6kbd platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point of account update is truthful and accurate.

6kbd reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and at any other point during the operation of your account. Failure to pass identity verification may result in account restriction or closure.

Upon successful registration, you will receive account credentials including a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using valid login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 6kbd account at all times. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account;
• Never share your login credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), or any account access information with any third party, including any person claiming to represent 6kbd support;
• Log out of your account fully upon conclusion of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 6kbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, a breach of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account.

6kbd shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorised access has been facilitated by your own negligence in protecting your credentials, 6kbd's liability is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6kbd supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, as well as payment methods available to INR-denominated account holders. Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account balance in the currency of your registered account (BDT or INR). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for BDT accounts. Deposits are generally processed and credited within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 6kbd does not impose a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 6kbd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 6kbd may require completion of identity verification as described in Section 2. 6kbd reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to limit the frequency of withdrawal requests to prevent fraudulent activity. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; standard processing is completed within one (1) business day.

Currency and Exchange: BDT and INR accounts operate independently. No automatic currency conversion is applied. Where a player has selected BDT as their account currency, all displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and wager values will be denominated in BDT throughout. The same principle applies to INR accounts.

Refusal of Transactions: 6kbd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or any other irregular account behaviour. In such circumstances, 6kbd will notify the account holder via their registered email address and may request additional documentation before processing resumes.

6kbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive structures to registered players ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time each offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all Promotional Offers:

• Promotional Offers are available to eligible registered accounts only and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the specific offer terms;
• Each Promotional Offer may be claimed once per eligible account holder unless the specific offer terms state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's specific terms;
• 6kbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress under a claimed bonus will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claim;
• Any attempt to abuse Promotional Offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or collusion, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games and betting markets available on the 6kbd platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the respective game interface or betting market page. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on 6kbd:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 6kbd does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except where a technical error or system fault is demonstrably attributable to 6kbd;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and betting market and are displayed prior to placement of a wager;
• Game outcomes for casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by our licensed game provider partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6kbd does not manipulate game outcomes;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at 6kbd's discretion in the event of a technical failure, data feed interruption, or other circumstance that renders the integrity of the market uncertain;
• 6kbd reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or where the bet was placed in circumstances that constitute collusion or match-fixing.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a betting market, the records held by 6kbd's systems shall be considered definitive unless a demonstrable technical error is established by the player. All disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the event in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6kbd platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account per individual, or registering an account on behalf of another person without express authorisation;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during account registration or subsequent verification;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary manual users;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, system glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise illicit funds;
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to achieve an unfair advantage;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 6kbd staff or other users of the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the 6kbd platform.

6kbd employs automated fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and manual review processes to identify prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected, 6kbd reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, freeze account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

6kbd recognises that gambling, while intended as entertainment, can become problematic for some individuals. We are committed to providing a safe gambling environment and offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per defined time period. Once reached, further gameplay is restricted until the limit period resets;
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications can be configured to alert players after a defined duration of continuous gameplay;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years. During self-exclusion, access to the account is suspended and no promotional communications will be sent. All content on the 6kbd platform, including but not limited to the 6kbd brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of 6kbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6kbd platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 6kbd platform without the express prior written consent of 6kbd.

Game content — including graphics, audio, and mechanics — provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing terms. 6kbd holds valid distribution licences for all games offered on the platform.

6kbd is committed to protecting the personal data of its users. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with your use of the 6kbd platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By registering an account on 6kbd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, during the course of account use, and in connection with identity verification processes. 6kbd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification service providers, game suppliers, and fraud detection agencies solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and the performance of this Agreement. All third-party data processors engaged by 6kbd are contractually required to maintain data security standards consistent with applicable data protection principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6kbd's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their 6kbd account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6kbd shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, goodwill, or reputation;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage;
• Losses arising from your own failure to safeguard your account credentials;
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, including delays, failures, or errors in processing transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank;
• Losses resulting from platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or government-ordered service restrictions.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 6kbd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• An account holder has failed identity verification or has provided false information;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account action;
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or permanent closure.

Upon termination or closure of an account, any outstanding balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the account holder via their registered withdrawal method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure are non-refundable.

An account holder may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligations the account holder has to 6kbd, including any amounts owed as a result of fraudulent activity or abuse of Promotional Offers.

6kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a user — 6kbd will provide notice by email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 6kbd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes. Requests for account closure under these circumstances will be processed on an expedited basis, and any eligible balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Effective Date" stated at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6kbd operates.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and 6kbd, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 6kbd support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and the basis for that relief. 6kbd will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

Escalation: Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial written submission, either party may pursue resolution through formal legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction. 6kbd does not submit to the jurisdiction of any court or tribunal not expressly recognised under its operational framework.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for informational purposes, the English-language version shall govern in all cases of discrepancy.
